Our hosts very generously provided milk eggs butter bread jam etc plus wood for the fire, everything was there ready for us to enjoy this amazing cottage. Everything was just perfect!

    At our historic holiday rental, a charming Character Cottage in Shaftesbury, you'll discover fire, heat, and CO alarms, along with extinguishers throughout the property, ensuring safety in this NO SMOKING environment. All appliances in our self-catering holiday rental are tested yearly to guarantee optimal performance. The main electrics are inspected according to the latest UK standards, and the gas systems are certified safe on an annual basis. Additionally, the wood fire is tested and certified yearly, making this Character Cottage a secure and comfortable choice for your stay, complete with free on-site parking.

    This historic holiday rental, a charming character cottage in Shaftesbury, is not suitable for children. We kindly ask that you refrain from holding parties during your stay. We kindly ask that you observe this time, as we often have same-day check-ins for our property, requiring a quick turnaround. Occasionally, we can offer earlier or later check-in/check-out options for a fee of £10 per hour, unless previously agreed upon. Additionally, we provide free parking for your convenience.
